Arakura Kindergarten offers a special environment for children, with group sizes of only 30 for both morning and afternoon sessions. It is located close to public transport, in a community enriched with a wide rnge of cultural resources. The kindergarten involves parents closely in individual planning for their child through a consultations process with the teachers. The programme is reflective of the interests, ideas and needs of the children. Children are often involved in many exciting projects at the kindergarten - the ideas and planning for the projects are initiated by the children and implemented through the supporting role of the teachers.
